Hi, I’m Michelle – a Lean thinker, innovator, and lifelong problem solver. With 20 years of experience pioneering Lean principles first in Construction then beyond traditional industries, I’ve learned how to transform challenges into creative opportunities. Use of accessories to quickly change looks and style according to mood and circumstances is a classic Lean move called “Modularisation”. The chopping & changing, mixing & matching allows flexibility to meet the occasion quickly, looking beautiful and affordably.
I am 50+😉yrs young 🤩. I don’t follow trends and my creations are for people like me: vibrant, bold, and unapologetically unique. My journey into accessories started as a personal experiment. I found off-the-shelf offers boring & not “fit for purpose”. Fixing and up-styling things I bought & already owned became a norm. It has since evolved into a passion for creating beautiful, one-off pieces that celebrate individuality.
I’m a HUGE Lean Sustainability advocate so I create by first reusing a lot of things I come across at home, from friends & charity shops. But I do buy new knick-knacks too when I need to supplement what I see in my head for a new piece…or when I come across pretty things that is so “me” & that will make the pieces stand out 🤩. The pieces are One-of-a-Kind: Each piece is unique, though I may create a few copies depending on material availability. I have duplicated a few piece on-demand too, so reach out and ask if you find one that is sooo you and you just HAVE to HAVE it.
