What Is ISO18404 Lean?

ISO 18404:2015 is the international standard for process improvement and competencies for key personnel and their organisations in relation to Lean implementation. It sets out the management system requirements that organisations need to follow to ensure a sustainable and successful approach and describes the competencies that individuals working in the field should be able to demonstrate. The bar is set high; individuals and organisations that successfully certify against this standard can be confident that the certification has value and is globally recognised

In order to qualify for embarking onto any of the levels of ISO 18404 Lean, you are required to achieve the Lean Training Certification by attending the 4-days onsite training. All delegates will receive an RSS approved ISO 18404 Lean Practitioner certificate attendance following completion of the programme.

Attendance on this course will then contribute towards becoming certified under Sector Scheme RSS 18404. Delegates who achieve ISO 18404 Practitioner/Leader/Expert certification will be eligible to join the RSS register, which is used by organisations to identify certified Lean professionals.
