We DO NOT focus on what food to eat or what exercise to do, we focus on creating processes in tune with your current circumstances i.e., how much time you have, how much effort you are willing to put in, what “naughty luxuries” you’d hate to give up, coming up with new processes in accordance to your loves (Value) and not hates (Wastes).
I’m Michelle Leong, a process improvement LEAN expert of 20 yrs. The LEAN methodology can be applied to any processes but here, I apply LEAN to getting you healthier, fitter & stronger in the form of my pilot Lean Health & Fitness Programme!
One-to-One sessions are tailored to suit the individual. This includes a total of 4 ONLINE sessions:
Session 1: Setting Objectives and Tools & Techniques - (2hrs) This session aims to understand and set objectives plus, where possible identify tangible outputs for the project. You will also get acquainted with a few basic tools & technique with discussions on how they can apply to your chosen areas of improvement.
Session 2: Project Plan Development - (2hr) Recap from session 1 and establishment of a project plan
Session 3: Plan, Do, Check, Act - (2hrs) Review actions & progress plus tweaking of the plan where necessary
Session 4: Project End Review - (2hrs) Review project results and steps going forward plus creation of a sustainability plan to accelerate or maintain progress
To help you sustain the habit of continuous improvement and implementation of Lean tools & techniques, you will have free access to my expertise via WhatsApp for 1 year after the course
Group sessions also includes 4 online sessions. The first 2 are 3 hr sessions to begin with. The first session to teach you LEAN tools & techniques & the 2nd to give you practical application of what you’ve learnt through producing and following your OWN health & fitness programme. It also includes 2 follow-up meetings to give you support but also to see that you get results. , the following example agenda will give you an idea of the format for the course.
